About Well Seasoned

Well Seasoned is about seasonal food and our adventures in finding, cooking and eating it.

We (Alex, Patrick and Jon) will be using these pages to look at what produce is at its absolute best, to report on our seasonal foraging missions and allotment plans, and to give you some of our favourite recipe ideas.

Take a look here to see what we believe and why we’re such fans of seasonal eating.

We hope you enjoy the journey with us and do please tell everyone else about our blog -  Without wanting to sound too mental about it, we genuinely, wholeheartedly believe that if we spread the word about British seasonal food we can change the way the country eats, for the better.

 Happy eating!

Alex, Patrick & Jon

Hi, you found me on twitter and I’m glad you did because I will try making red onion jam at the earliest opportunity! Have you seen @HunkdoryHome’s website? http://www.hunkydoryhome.co.uk/hunkycat/index.php
They sell a teatowel on which is printed a seasonal food calendar. I’ve just bought it and have already learned a lot!
